Job Description/职位介绍:
1. Responsible for exceeding Annual Sales Target at assigned areas of China, managing key electronic distributors to deliver annual revenue commitment with direct sales of KA in electronic industry.
达成上级要求的所指定区域内的年度销售目标,管理区域内的核心电子行业直销大客户经销商,落实并协助达成各个经销商的年度销售业绩.
2. Assist National Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies and initiatives within assigned regions.
协助全国销售经理积极主动的发展和实施区域内的销售战略及销售政策.
3. Develop strong relationships with key distributors and their KA, understand their needs and fulfill Weller product solutions to them.
与核心经销商及大客户建立强有力的关系,并了解他们的真实需求,提供对应的解决方案。
4. Work with KA and key distributors to provide accurate forecast regularly and update annual sales plan in a timely manner, and responsible for delivering the forecast commitment.
按照规定完成核心经销商及大客户的精准销售预测,并及时更新年度销售计划,负责帮助核心经销商达成销售预测.
5. Develop new key distributors and KA, and provide strategic guidance and training to existing and new distributors on sales, markets and products solutions.
发展新的核心经销商及大客户,为现有及新发展的核心经销商及大客户提供销售、市场及产品方面的战略指导及培训.
6. Work with key distributors and KA to develop new growth opportunities and update the opportunities in OA system on daily bases. Effectively utilize SATA resources to support KA and key distributors programs/satisfaction and to drive new business opportunity growth in the region.
发展核心经销商及大客户的新机会及新增长点,并每日/每周将新的机会更新到OA系统。有效运营世达的相关资源,满足核心经销商及大客户项目需求,实现区域内新业务的增长.
7. Work with CSR, QA, After Sale Service, and marketing functions to provide completed service to key distributors and KA, including but not limited to product/application training, product deliveries, product quality issues, product stock transferring, and product promotion activities.
与客服,质检,售后及市场相关职能部门人员一起为核心经销商和大客户提供相关服务,包括但不限于产品/技术应用培训、产品交付、产品质量问题解决、产品库存周转及产品宣传活动等等。
Job Requirement/职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management or other related.
2. A minimum of 5 years of sales working experience in electronic industry or related industry.
3. Highly motivated and self-confident individual of the highest integrity.
4. Results-oriented and having a strong sense of ownership.
5. Ability to develop strong relationship independently with existing/new key distributors or KA.
6. Ability to make product introduction and seminar for Key distributors and KA.
7. Good in English reading and writing, and able to simply communicate in English.
8. Willingness to Travel (approximately 30%-50%)
9. Previous KA or Key distributor sales experience in electronic industry will be a plus.
