Job Responsibilites:

1. Receive and greet customer and visitor;

2. Responsible for daily answer and transfer business phone calls,faxes, business mails;

3. Update and maintain company address book;

4. Reserve hotels,air tickets,business card preparation, office suppliers management;

5. Prepare invitation letter and deal with application of passport,visa, work permit;

6. Assist in parts of HR work such as time off manageemnt,attendance management,maintain staffing advertisement in

recruting board;

7. Other tasks assigned by superior.

Job requirements:

1. College degree, major in management or English;

2. Have 1 year related working experience in multinational company will be preferred;

3. Good knowledge of written and oral English;

4. Good operation skill of office software;

5. Good communication and interpersonal skill;

6. Careful,honest and good sense of responsibility,have good executive ability.
