S&OP Planner
Location:Beijing
Major Accountabilities：
1, Maintain optimal S&OP processes in China. This includes developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP processes in PLI China, cover commercial demand and supply production.
2, Support the roll out of S&OP process and related training of key stakeholders
3, Demonstrate alignment to local demand and supply planning process.
Fully understand China needs, develop informational decks/reporting, including supporting data with necessary analysis.
4, Lead volume/amount demand forecast review with local counterparts. Work alongside counterparts to align current demand forecast submission against market activities and sales trends.
5, To identify gaps between current plans and financial commitments, derive possible gap closing initiatives and highlight the risks and opportunities.
6, Drive Forecast accuracy in China and submit on-time S&OP result that accurately reflects the local demand, for short term /long term horizons.
7, As a partner with the local Marketing team on the product portfolio by overseeing local product launches/ registration renewal/ special promotions, including communications to regulatory group and other key stakeholders.
8, As backup to S&OP mananger
Requirement:
1, Have over 5 years of extensive experience in supply chain or business analysis, S&OP process managing is preferred.
2, Be good at interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team.
3, Have knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
