工作目标概述 / Job Objective Summary:
1. Lead, coach and manage the Operation department in achieving the strategic and operational objectives
2. Set, monitor, review and appraise individual and team objectives and performance.
3. Analyze, review and manage operation activities, systems and procedures for its efficiency, customer service level and quality
4. Deliver the most effective reliable and responsive operation chain
5. Manage the operation base to be World Class
6. Support the sales in improving the customer satisfaction level
工作职责描述/ Job Responsibility & Duties:
1. Responsible for production planning, internal logistics, manufactory/production technology, machine assembly, quality of products, and other production support function of specific responsible area
2. Responsible for operational strategy, budget, and result
3. Inspiring subordinates to improve continuously the working efficiency to achieve operational goals set by management team
4. Make sure production in accordance with customer demand (quality/quantity/delivery), communicate any deviations with customers through functional department
5. Implement 6S to ensure a clean and safe working environment
6. Implement lean in responsible area to make sure a smooth and efficient work flow to reduce until eliminate the 8 waste
7. Implement TPM to reduce until eliminate line down time
8. Make sure production related problem be solved in reasonable short time
9. Productively involve in cross boundary activities, work together with peer for problem solving.
任职资质 / Job Requirement
1. Bachelor or above, MBA is preferred
2. Majored in Engineering, machinery or related.
3. 10 years or above working experience in related fields, including material planning, material purchasing, and production planning and production controlling and warehouse management, and Inventory control.
4. Part of job experience is preferred to be gained from a foreign-funded company with a modern management style.
5. Knowledge in textile manufacturing and supply chain management
6. Open-minded, honest and can take decision when necessary.
7. Good skills in the IT fields, such as Microsoft Office and ERP/SAP systems
8. Good Analytical and problem solving skills, teamwork skill
9. Competent command of oral and written English and Mandarin, excellent communication skill, self-motivated is definitely.
10. Ability to work under pressure
