职位描述：
职责：
1、 兼任本部门的质管员工作，负责技术文件的编目、归档和管理工作；
2、 负责客户技术资料、技术文件和产品图纸的管理工作；
3、 负责技术部文件的发放工作；
4、 贯彻实施公司的环境方针、环境管理体系，接受紧急应变计划的培训与实施；
5、 按公司要求使用适当的保护措施、安全装备，并提醒及纠正其他员工在工作中不安全、不恰当的行为；
6、 参与公司的精益生产，完成CI，5S的相关工作
7、 其他安排的任务和职责。

要求：
1、 计算机操作及软件应用能力；
2、 熟悉质量管理程序，尤其是文件资料的控制程序；
3、 文件档案管理能力；
4、 行政秘书及助理的管理技巧；
5、 有一定的英语听、说能力；
6、 良好的职业保密意识。
