职位描述：
Responsibilities
1.Have a clear concept and experience on the safety management有清晰的安全管理理念及实际经验
2.Support the manager to achieve ENG. Annual goal & 5 years goal,协助经理来达到工程部门的年度目标和5年计划目标;
3.Control and balance the TPM procedures and implement them on time控制并平衡TPM工作的程序并且及时的执行；
4.Develop and implement processes and work controls for all maintenance actions控制，实施并持续改善维修工作；
5.Responsible for Set up and implement equipment management system(line inspection/PM/critical spare/trouble-shooting/maintenance records).负责建立并实施相关设备管理体系(点检/PM/critical spares/trouble-shooting/维修履历等)
6.Lead engineers team for continually support the training for the maintenance team.领导工程师对维修团队进行培训;
7.Lead ENG. for developing Maintenance Excellence Implement领导并不断优化卓越维修观念及实施；
8.Other tasks or duties as assigned. 其它安排的任务和职责。

Requirement
1.Bachelor degree in electrical or automation field, bachelor degree or above电气或自动动化专业，学士学位或以上 with 6-8 years’ work experience in electrical equipment’maintenance and management拥有6-8年以上的电气设备维护及设备管理经验
2.Must be familiar with PLC and Drive (AB,Mitshibisu,Siemens)maintenance,熟练使用AB、三菱、Siemens PLC和Drive设备；
3.Rich electrical equipment maintenance experiences, and can fix the problems individually 有丰富的电气维修的经验，并且能独立的分析处理问题的能力；
4.Experienced on setting up the and fulfill the equipment management procedure 能够建立并推进设备管理流程
5.Good capability to team management and communication 良好的团队管理及沟通协调能力
6.Proficient in the English writing and speaking较熟练的英语听说读写能力
7.Can work under high pressure能在高压力的环境下工作
