IE manager(某德国独资轴承行业知名公司 25-50W/年)
Job Responsibilities
-Ensure PM process application, coordinate PM trainings;consolidate and track customer and
investment projects
-Insure safety production and reduce the hidden trouble as more as possible
-Overall Responsible for the production level and accord to the requirement of the client
-Reduce the cost and optimize the production procedure
-Be able to focus on production Quality and environmental protection
-Technology Daily troubleshouting
-Continuous improvements of processes and tools
-Monitoring of basics (eg. cycle times, set up time)
-Cooperate with Plant Technology for knowledge transfer
Qualification Requirements
-Bachelor degree or above/senior engineer, Mechanical major or relevant one
-At least six years experience in manufacture management in foreigner-owned enterprise
-Be good at management and communication
-Be good at office software operating skills
-Be good at English in oral and written
