Role & Responsibility of Factory Manager

1.Responsible with the assistant of the Project team, in ensuring the successful implementation of the plant construction plan
2.Responsible for the day to day management of the Aldahol Factory to ensure efficient and effective production at the optimal cost
3.Responsible for managing the logistics and QA function of the factory
4.Support MD in the marketing of the products
Job experience
1．At least 5 years Operation and/or production experience
2．In Multinational or a sizeable local companies
3．Either in Medical, Dental or Pharmaceutical field

Education
1. At least a University degree in Engineering, Production or operational related programs
2. English language capability preferred

Personal Traits
1. Good leadership and management skills
2. Good project management track records
3. Fast learner and goal oriented
