1： 教学助理职责：
配合新东方老师完成正常的课堂教学任务，帮助进行作业，试卷批改。定期给学员家长进行回访，沟通学员学习情况。同时对老师和学员进行考勤，组织打分，课后答疑等，同时助教需要全程跟班听课，对班上同学的学习情况进行全盘了解和跟进。

2： 教学助理职位：（二选一）
优能中学英语助理
优能中学理科助理

3： 教学助理的任务要求：
①、 本科在读及以上学历学生，年龄不限！专业不限！
②、 秋季负责辅助新东方名师教学、管理等工作。
③、 性格活泼开朗外向、沟通能力强、有一定的才艺特长及英语能力。
④、 负责开班电访、学生工作考勤、作业批改、课堂答疑及课后活动组织、课程辅导等相关工作。

4： 工作时间：
9月--1月每周六、周日白天。

5： 工作地点：（选其一）
株洲新东方学校
湘潭新东方学校

6： 工作结束后可获得新东方开具的实习证明。
