Safety and Environmental Responsibilities
EHS职责
? Ensure compliance of plant programs, policies, and procedures with EHS legislation and corporate policy.
确保工厂的运行、方针政策、程序符合EHS相关法规及总公司的规定。
? Ensure continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of EHS System and ensure that all plant personnel are properly trained in EHS System, policy and procedures.
确保EHS 体系的持续适用性、充分性和有效性，以及确保工厂的每位员工都接受EHS体系，方针政策，和程序方面的培训。
? Develop, implement, and maintain EHS system policies and standards used to reduce the frequency and severity of workplace injuries, illness, disease, and adverse environmental conditions.
建立、实施和保持EHS体系、方针政策、标准以减少工作场所内伤害、疾病的严重率和频率、减少不良的工作环境。
? Review the effectiveness of EHS system in place to ensure that the system is able to meet EHS objectives and targets through the annual Magna Health & Safety and Environmental audits.
评审EHS体系运行的有效性，确保公司的EHS目标指标的达成，并顺利通过内部每年的EHS稽核。
? Review all accident and environmental investigations and ensure that proper preventative measures are in place.
评审所有的伤害和环境调查，确保适当的预防措施已经到位。
? Maintain all Physical Demands analysis and hazard assessments.
维护物理伤害分析和风险分析。
? Work with the Manufacturing department to ensure ergonomic assessments and action items are in place.

? Provide direction for occupational hygiene concerns and hazardous material management. (M.S.D.S).

? Investigate work stoppages due to unsafe work conditions.

? Provide EHS training to all the employee，including safety orientation to new employees

? Receiving supervision and inspection ，such as EPA、Safety Supervision Bureau、Fire brigade。
接待处理环保局、安监局、消防大队等的政府检查。

? Schedule safety related training as per the annual training needs analysis

? Maintain all Safety related Bulletin Boards.

? Maintain all Safety related filing.

? Document and maintain safety related action plans.

? Prepare and present safety orientation material for new employees.

? Write revisions and updates to employee handbook with respect to safety policies, procedures, and third level instructions as required.

Health and safety requirements
健康安全要求：
1 A worker shall:
员工需：
a. Work in compliance with the provisions of this Act and the Regulations
日常工作要遵守公司的相关政策
b. Use or wear the equipment, protective devices (safety glasses, hearing protection and safety shoes) or clothing that the workers employer requires to be used or worn
穿戴公司要求的PPE如防护眼镜、听力保护设备与安全鞋或者公司要求的工作服。
c. Report to his or her employer or supervisor the absence of or defect in any equipment or protective device of which the worker is aware and which may endanger himself/herself or another worker
当员工意识到可能会危及个人或其他人安全时，应向公司或他的主管汇报不安全的状况。
d. Report to his or her employer or supervisor any contravention of this Act or the regulations or the existence of any hazard of which he or she knows向公司或者主管报告他知道的违反公司政策，法律法规的行为。
2 No worker shall:员工不可以
e. Remove or make ineffective any protective device required by the regulations or be his or her employer, without providing an adequate temporary protective device and when the need for removing or making ineffective the protective device has ceased, the protective device shall be replaced immediately;有需要移除或使防护装置暂时失效时，禁止在没有临时安全防护的前提下，移除或使现有安全防护装置失效
f. Use or operate equipment, machine, device, or thing or work in a manner that may endanger himself, herself, or any other worker; or
使用/操作机器、设备、工具的方式可能威胁自己，他人或者任何员工
g. Engage in any prank, contest, feat of strength, unnecessary running or rough and boisterous conduct恶作剧、争辩，不必要的奔跑或者简单粗暴的行为
3 A worker is not required to participate in a prescribed medical surveillance program unless the worker consents to do so除非医生同意，员工不需要参加医疗监督

? University Degree in a related field or the equivalent work experience

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
