职位描述：
管理培训生（人力资源方向）

岗位职责：
1、负责株洲学校及湘潭学校招聘及培训工作；
2、负责员工薪酬计算及福利办理；
3、负责学校团建及员工关系处理；
4、负责员工入、转、调、离手续办理及员工档案管理。

任职资格：
　　1.国家承认学历的高等院校2016、2017届全日制本科、硕士、博士毕业生；
　　2.2016、2017届毕业的在中国大陆以外获得学士学位以上（含学士学位）的留学归国人士；
　　3.如之前有工作经验，要求全职工作年限不超过2年；
　　4.优秀的英语听说读写能力，良好的语言表达能力；
　　5.优秀的、持续的学习能力，渴望成功的、持续的激情；
　　6.优秀的沟通、协调能力及团队意识，优秀的适应及抗压能力；
　　7.具有敏锐的洞察力、清晰的逻辑思路、独特的视角；
　　8.在校期间有跨国公司实习、海外交流项目、学生会或社团等经历优先。
