职位描述：
1.Lead the analysis and explain the operation financial data and project cost, provide the quality suggestion for operation decision making, improve the profitable capacity, including:
1) Leading tracking and analysis of the various elements of the project cost, provide an analysis of the report and recommendations to assist the project smoothly, support for project management departments to effectively control costs, optimize project processes and improve project profitability.
2) Lead calculating the hourly cost rate and provide the report, analysis and provide the improvement suggestion.
3) Lead tracking and analyzing the work efficiency, provide report and improvement suggestion for hiring and budgeting.
4) Orientate and influence each department on cost saving.
5) Coordinate, prepare and submit the annual business plan and project budget/FCST, to review the budget with each department and ensure the budget/FCST is reasonable limited in regarding to meet the operation requirement.
6) Check payment term of contract in regarding of cash management.
7) Assist accounting team to complete variable report on time.
8) Cash management to meet operation requirement.
9) Prepare and support the internal and external audit, continuous improvement to close the findings on time.
10) Set-up and maintain the information system based on requirements from Group Office ect.
2. Set-up and maintain the cost centers.
3.Build and maintain program costs tracking system, assistant program management to control the project costs.
4.Build and enhances the system of internal controls including a timely and accurate reconciliation process.
5.Others assigned by ER&D controller and upper management.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor of Finance or Accountant Studies
2.6+ years of accounting and administrative experience in the automotive R&D or manufacturing environment.
3.Knowledge of SAP (PS, FI/CO, MM) is preferred.
4.Must be able to communicate fluently in both written and spoken Chinese as well as English.
5.Ability to communicate well with people at all levels.
6.Must have good organizational skills, be a self-starter, responsible, team player and an active listener.
7.Must be able to display and interpret the financial statement with the varieties tools. 举报 分享

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
