Mission
The Deputy Plant Manager is responsible for the overall management of the day-day running of a major customer account. The objective of the role is to ensure that GP China become and remain the customer's preferred supplier for all Quality Management services
Activities
？ Responsible to the Plant Manager for the day/day management of the nominated account including the forecasting and achievement of business revenue objectives.
？ Establish a regular liaison with the Plant Quality/Mfg Departments to obtain a clear understanding of the potential opportunities for GP China services.
？ Responsible for the correct set up of Site programmes ensuring the contract agreements are clearly documented and formally agreed between GP China and customer. Ensuring any concerns are swiftly and effectively resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties to safeguard ongoing business.
？ He/she must ensure that the Inspection team(s)’s working in the location have the appropriate induction (Quality &HSE), documentation and understanding to ensure the customer requirements in a professional met in a cost efficient manner.
？ Monitor ongoing GP China activities at the location to ensure that any potential concerns are identified and immediately resolved to the mutual satisfaction of all parties.
？ Responsible for the monitoring and reporting potential business opportunities with suppliers consistent with Business targets.
？ Maintain and report on the competitor activities at the location.
？ Support the Plant? Manager in the recruitment, induction, appraisal and development of the Inspection team.
？ Develop and maintain the required reportage to support the above activities
