Responsibilities:
? Working with partner to integrate Magna finance system, policies and controlling at responsible plant;
? Manage the financial reporting, forecasting and planning for responsible plant; Ensure timely & accurate consolidations of forecasts, reports, etc.
? Review customer quotations and capital expenditures; in charge of program profitability after awarded; Monitor program status in terms of key financial performance indicators. Identify targets within the business plan and monitor performance versus the targets.
? Manage, direct, organize, and control financial activity for the plant. Specifically, protect the assets and provide management team with financial guidance necessary to produce the expected return on those assets.
? Builds finance function’s capabilities, inspires team to achieve high performance and develops strong financial leadership throughout the region
? Responsible for the plant accounting, reporting of month end results and variance analysis.
? Lead the plant to launch ERP system integration, ensure the plant has adequate financial systems, controls and procedures in place to ensure complete, accurate and timely reporting of monthly results and Corporate Policies and external GAAP requirements.
? Perform annual balance sheet reviews through a standard review format,.
? Coordination of internal and external audits and ensure the plant has significant control environment.
? Review cash management structures and support Magna Treasury with funding requirements, cash forecasting and mitigation of currency exposures.
? Liaise with Magna’s Tax on tax planning initiatives


Qualifications/Skills/Education:
? Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting, MBA a plus.
? More than 10 years working experience, comprehensive understanding of finance and controlling
? Automotive industry is a added, US listed company background is a preference
? Demonstrated abilities in dealing with business strategy and strategic decision making
? Good communicator in both English and Mandarin with good inter-personal skill
? Strong time management, problem solving skill and communication skills.
? Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, Hyperion Financial Management and other financial applications an asset. 举报 分享

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
