Job Duties:

-Reporting to the Financial Controller of China Division, the candidate will be responsible for leading the group consolidation reporting process, preparing group management reports as well as reviewing financial and management accounts of group companies.


-Perform group budgeting, forecasting and formulate financial policies and control procedures.


-Ensure compliance of statutory/tax reporting and liaise with external/internal auditors.


-Lead a small team and in charge of accounting function for head office and participate in ad hoc projects.


Requirements:

-University degree in Accounting/Finance and CICPA/HKICPA/ACCA qualification or equivalent.


-Minimum 7 years of post qualification experience in auditing and/or accounting including 3 years' commercial experience in accounting ,tax and legal issues in retail business in China.


-Prior exposure in system implementation will be advantageous.


-Sound knowledge of group consolidation and budgeting process as well as China accounting standards and tax regulations.


-Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal skill and proven people management abilities.


-Proactive, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.


-Proficient in written and spoken English and Putonghua.
