职位描述
I. Duties and Responsibilities
? Department documents filing, reporting, information collecting and internal communication;
? In charge of issuing various monthly/weekly report.
? Organize and coordinate SD meeting, communication meeting between departments
? Coordinate meeting and arrange venue, prepare related document accordingly;
? Prepare department memo and keep file.
? Distribute regular reporting to SC team.
? Responsible for Department monthly expenses summary.
? Assist Store Development team on traveling arrangement.
? Coordinate department activities, team building ext.
? Responsible for office administration work (stationery and furniture order, ext.)
? Carry out the other tasks and duties as Store Development Managers required.
II. Personal Qualities&Qualifications
? University graduate in English or Computer or Secretary;
? Over one year’s secretarial experience or related is desired;
? Proficient in PC skills (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc);
? Competent in systematic management of information, data & documents;
? Competent in handling administrative matters;
? Excellent written and spoken skill in Chinese and English;
? CET 6 or above;
? Good communication ability & skill required;
? Patient & careful;
? Able and willing to work under pressure.
