I. Job Description
工作范围和职责:

With responsibility for store daily air-condition maintenance & store refit project;
负责店铺的日常维修及空调保养，主要有以下具体工作职责：

-Manage subordinated maintenance man, draft and clarify their job description, standard, etc;
管理属下的维修人员，并制定其工作职责、工作标准等；

-Stipulate and standardize store daily maintenance procedure;
制定及规范店铺日常维修的流程；

-Stipulate store air-con maintenance standard and proposal;
制定店铺的空调保养及维修标准和计划；

-In charge of store minor refit project;
负责店铺的小型改造工程；

-Keep in good communication with Ops and other dept.
与营运部及公司其它部门保持良好的沟通；


II. Requirement
要求:
-College degree or above, and at least three-year relevant working experience;
大专以上学历；三年以上相关工作经验；

-Familiar with air-conditioning system and can independently work out plan to solve the problem of the air-conditioning system in stores;
熟悉空调系统或供配电系统，能独立制定店铺的维修方案或排查故障；

-Have good communication skills;
良好的沟通能力；

-Person of integrity, commitment and accountability
为人正直，重承诺，并具有责任心。

-Hard working and can accept long hours and irregular working time
能够不定时和长时间努力工作

-Willing to travel frequently
可经常出差。
