主要工作职责Main Job Responsibility

1.快速处理设备疑难故障Difficult fast processing equipment failure

2.保证下达给维修工的维修任务顺利完成

Assigned to the maintenance man to ensure the successful completion of the maintenance task

3.保证设备的正常运转To ensure the normal operation of equipment

4.培训操作工进行所有设备一、二级维护Equipment operator training for all primary and secondary maintenance

5.培训维修工设备三级维护，关键、公用设备的一、二级维护

Training of maintenance workers to do maintenance of equipment level 3, key、 utility equipment, level 1 and level 2maintenance

6.检查设备一、二级维护的审核Check the equipment maintenance of level 1and level 2 review

7.设备持续改进，提高设备生产能力Equipment, continuous improvement, improve equipment productivity

8.现场安全、夹具等工位器具等改善Site security, fixtures and other station equipment and other improvements

9.负责对所需的备件提出采购申请Responsible for the required spare parts procurement requests

10.培训维修工维修技能Maintenance man maintenance skills training

11.按时完成直属领导交付的其他工作和任务Complete the other temporary work or tasks assigned by line manager timely

岗位任职资格 Position Qualification

1.大专及以上学历 College above

2.身体健康，能满足上夜班的要求 Healthy , reach the requirment of more than 2 shift

3.组织和实施培训的能力 Organize and manage Training Plan

4.电气知识和机械知识 Engineering Knowledge & Electric Knowledge

5.维修设备 Equipment maintennance

6.现场标准化作业实施 Deploy Standardize Work in shopfloor

7.三年以上设备维修经验 more than 3yrs equipment maintenance experience

8.最好是设备或机电一体化专业 much better equipment or mechatronics major
