Objective工作目标:
Design and maintenance electrical control system for wind turbine.设计与维护风力发电机电气控制系统。

Key areas of responsibility主要职责:
1.Collect requirements from customer and develop new electrical control systems based on the requirements or with customer. 收集客户的意见，根据客户的需求或与客户一起开发新型电气控制系统。
2. Improve and modify existing electrical control systems. 修改和完善现有电气控制系统。
3.Evaluate electrical control system design, review technical detail. 评估电气控制系统的设计部分，审核技术细节。
4. Work with production department to build prototype for new design. 与生产部一起建造新式设计的样机。
5. Make out suitable test case sets to cover the functions and quality requirements. Execute the testing in laboratory or in field. 制作合适的满足功能和数量要求的调试案例设备。在实验区或现场进行调试。
6. Analysis the root reasons of problems. 分析发生问题的根源。
7. Provide supporting service to help customer to resolve technical problem. 为客户提供支持服务以解决技术问题。
8. Take part in the application of patent. 参与专利申请项目。
9. Track new technology of the wind power industry. 跟踪掌握风电领域最新技术。

Deliverables工作交付内容:
1. Engineering design, include models, drawings, material selection and so on. 工程设计，包括模型，图纸，原材料选择等等。
2. Evaluation reports or review recordings for electrical control system. 针对电气控制系统的评估报告或者评审记录。
3. Prototype of new design. 样机的新式设计。
4. Test case set, test specification and test report. 调试案例设备，调试规范和调试报告。
5. Problem backtrack report. 问题追踪报告。
6. Documents of patents. 专利文件。
7. New technology research report. 新技术研究报告。

Required Profile要求条件：
1. Undergraduate or above, major in electrical engineering or automatic control engineering or related speciality. 本科学历以上，电气工程，自动控制工程或相关专业。
2. Working experience in wind power or related industry, 3 years for postgraduate and 5 years for undergraduate. 风电或相关领域工作经验，研究生3年以上，本科生5年以上。
3. 1-2 years working experience with EPLAN, and familiar with AUTOCAD or similar software is preferred. 有1-2年EPLAN运用经验的，熟悉AUTOCAD或者相关软件者优先考虑。
4. Experience of programming PLC. 有PLC编程经验。
5. Experience of making specification base on customer’s requirement, and making design base on the specification. 能根据客户需求制作产品规格说明书并能够在此基础上进行设计

Communication with沟通对象:
- Chief Engineer and other technical team member for the technical detail of the control system.与总工程师和技术团队的其他成员探讨关于控制系统的技术细节。
- Customers and suppliers about technical specifications. 与客户和供应商讨论技术规范。
- External certification bureaus. 与外部认证机构沟通。
