职位描述

Responsibility:

1.针对客户,大客户经理负责所有销售事宜的协调(项目获取,项目进展和量产)。并且帮助其他部门解决与客户的问题和纠纷。他(她)的主要任务是要通过对销售指数的恰当管理与控制保证业务的盈利水平与预算一致
The Key Account manager is mainly in charge of the coordination of all the sales activities (acquisition, development, serial life) for and with a key account. And also need help all other functional department to solve some troubles relative to customer, etc.. His objective is to ensure the business profit in line with budget through proper Sales Index management and control.

Negotiating prices and contractual relationship

3.工程变更的商务条约
Engineering Change commercial settlement

4.应收账款的落实
Cash situation and overdue

5.支持团队人员,参与与客户的例行会议,如项目回顾,质量回顾和商务会议
Supports the team member in their activity with the customer by participating regularly the customer meetings if necessary ,(such as progress reviews, quality reviews, commercial global meetings

6.决定和介入内部的工作流程确保对客户信息的一致性
Defines the escalation process for any subject (internally, externally) and intervenes to ensure one voice to customer

7.协调或领导关于工艺和产品生产力提升的谈判
Coordinates or takes directly in charge of the process productivity and product productivity negotiation

8.保证谈判的有效跟踪,特别保证已与客户谈定的条件能在谈判过程中被遵守

Ensure followup of the productivity negotiation, in particular that the conditions defined during the negotiation are respected by both parties (customer and Faurecia)

9.当发现对客户承诺的目标不能实现时,应在内提起警报
Alerts internally if the activities related to product productivity will not reach the targets committed to the customer

10.保证在工程变更实施和应用之间就与客户在商务问题上达成一致
Ensures that a commercial agreement is reached with the customer about changes before change introduction or launch within Faurecia or ensures later a commercial settlement will be made for the engineering change between custome

11.通过合适的方式支持向客户进行索偿的谈判(如:交付,原材料等)
Supports claims negotiation at the appropriate level at the customer (missing production, raw material,ect )

12.保证依据项目节点交付文件和结果,如源于客户计划产量的生产计划
Ensures distribution within Faurecia organisation (inclusive purchasing) updates on program time schedule, production planning especially volumes forecast based on customer planned volumes

13.阐明各项应收和应付的状况,特别是停产后的工装和研发费用
Clarifies the situation of the receivables and payables especially tooling/D&D at the end of serial production


Position Qualification:

1.大学本科及以上学历
Bachelor Degree or above in any major

2.5年以上汽车整车或零部件行业销售或采购工作经验,其中至少2年管理经验
5 years above work experience in Sales or purchasing in automobile industry ,2 years management level position.

3.法语和英语听说读写译能力
Listen,speak,read,write,translate ability of French and English
