Responsibilities:
1.Maintains zero incident mind-set and ensures safety compliance of wage personnel and maintenance contractors.
2.Plans, coordinates, and executes maintenance of heat treatment facilities in Wuxi plant, including equipments, instruments, and devices.
3.Assigns and inspects the work of maintenance team in the execution of daily maintenance.
4.Communicates with heat treating operation departments for cooperation and understanding.
5.Shows positive management skills and leadership, develops employee relations centered on trust and teamwork.
6.Be familiar with requisitions tools, equipment and supplies required for maintenance operation
7.Builds up knowledge of practices, methods and techniques pertaining to building and facilities maintenance and repair.
8.Be responsible for managing monthly maintenance spending and implementing corrective actions to maintain spending at budget. Assists in preparation cost estimates on proposed projects.
9.Coach maintenance engineers in trouble shooting and project management.
Requirements:
1.At least 5years experience in HT equipments maintenance and arrangement especially in Batch furnace. Good at mechanical 2.maintenance is a must.
3.Experience for planning maintenance.
4.Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
5.Ability to communicate and work well with others in a group environment. Strong organization and planning skills required
6.Proficient in English will be priority.
