Main Responsibility:
1. Be responsible for collecting and analyzing the PPAP data according to production and new product plan.
Submit and track internal and external PPAP.
负责收集和分析PPAP数据根据新产品生产计划，提交和跟踪内部及外部PPAP评审结果。
2. Work closely with other supervisors, engineers, maintenance, and planner to drive PPAP approval.
和其它部门的主管，工程师，维护及计划人员紧密合作，促成PPAP的顺利批准。
3. Coordinate to create, train, audit and update control plan.
创建，维护控制计划，并针对更新的部分对作业者及检查员的进行培训和监查。
4. Participate in investigation and study for quality issues，including customer concern and customer complain.
对出现的质量问题参与调查和深入的研究，包括客户投诉和客户抱怨。
5. Be a resource of lean expertise to promote the continuous improvement of business process.
作为一个精益专家的角色促进工厂运作的持续改进。
6. Ensure to achieve department target.
确保完成部门的目标。
Requirements:
1.Above bachelor degree, major in mechanical or related.
本科，机械或相关专业
2. Above two working experience in quality or related, be familiar with APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPAP.
有质量或相关岗位的两年以上的工作经验，熟悉以下的质量工具，如APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA,PPAP
3. Good in written and oral English.
英语说写熟练
4. Ability to solve problem using proper tools such as 5 why, 8D preferred.
有解决问题的能力，并能使用正确的质量工具，如5个为什么，懂8D报告更佳。
