The Role & Key Responsibilities：

    

1.   Perform goods receiving and shipping in custom system and ensure system data accuracy.

    

2.   Work closely with broker to supervise the daily inbound customs clearance for air and ocean shipments.

    

3.   Plan and track inbound shipments, take action to resolve issues, ensure on time delivery.

    

4.   Work closely with inventory management team and warehouse to work out the ocean container receiving plan.

    

5.   Communicate with UK central team to resolve problems on inbound air and ocean shipments, such as documents discrepancy, COO issue and others.

    

6.   Communicate with international carrier to know the status of the inbound shipment. Deal with problems which happen in daily operation.

    

7.   Review with warehouse operation team to ensure the daily outbound operation aligns with custom policy.

    

8.   Prepare customs clearance documents if need be.

    

9.   Other works arranged by customs supervisor

    

10.  Deliver related logistics report to Manager.

    

    

Skills, experience and qualifications required:

    

1, college or 4 years full time university graduated, with a bachelor degree awarded.

    

2, at least 3 years working experience on import and export operation, experience in WGQ is a plus.

    

3, Skillful on MS office applications, especially Excel.

    

4. Good English writing and reading skills is a must.
