职位描述：
工作职责：

与公司销售网络合作，建立并实施区域内的产品销售与市场推广计划，达到公司战略销售目标。
协助管理及培训区域员工以达到销售目标
建立并促进与区域内大客户的良好关系
负责处理区域内有关招标事务

职位要求：

能完成业绩目标，并能发掘新的产品销售机会。
能与核心医学专家进行高质量的专业知识沟通并能够进行专业手术支持
能以榜样作用管理及带动团队其他成员
能够协调及管理分销商。
良好的沟通与辅导技巧，自我表达专业、流畅。
至少5年医疗器械、药品或其他卫生保健产品的销售经验。
医学、生物学、科学专业学位优先。
英文和普通话书写及口语流利。
了解三类高值医疗耗材，对于介入产品操作熟悉，有良好介入放射、外周血管介入销售管理背景者优先。
有高度的工作热情和负责精神，有志于职业的长期发展。

本职位要求定期至所负责区域出差及在必要时能够加班。
