职位描述：
1. Build distributor pre-payment control management system
-Develop system for distributors’ payment checking
-Payment checking with distributors when needed
-Work with Finance and supply chain on expense management process excellence to speed up distributors’ payment days
-Follow total payment progress to speed up supporting document and invoice collection
2. Support distributor monthly report
3. Support distributor quarterly newsletter
4. Organize distributor quarterly conference
5. Team affair coordination
-Follow new distributor creation & change process
-Follow distributor monthly assessment
-Follow distributor monthly business review report
Knowledge：
-Bachelor degree with CET 4 of English language level and good command of English reading and writing.
-3 years’ above of FMCG industry working background.
-Excellent sales skill and good interpersonal communication skill. Capability of understanding customer need and establishing and maintaining good relationship.
-Good pressure management and capability of adapting continuously changing organization structure and business environment.

-Strong project management skill
-Proficiency in written and verbal English & Chinese
