职位描述 ：
1.供应商质量问题的快速反应和及时围堵，负责对供方的纠正预防措施的有效性进行评审和现场验证
Fast response for supply quality issue and perform containment actions in time, in charge of corrective and protective actions verification on site
2.定期汇总供应商的质量问题, 识别各供应商的主要质量问题和质量风险区域并进行持续改善;
Summary and analysis quality issues of supply to identify the major quality issue and high risk area, perform continue improvement request to supply for these issues;
3.负责供应商的过程审核，有效预防供应商严重性和重复性质量问题的发生。
Response for process audit on supply site to prevent serial and repeated quality issue happened;
4.负责新供方和新产品的过程和PPAP产品审核，保证新供方和新产品稳定进入量产阶段；
In charge of process set up for new suppliers and new products, Join and control PPAP process to achieve safety launch;
5.完成月度及年度供方业绩分析与综合报告，主动发起供方质量保证和质量改进项目，按计划提高供应商的质量水平。
To finish monthly and yearly suppliers’ performance analysis report, initiate quality develop or improve project to improve supplier’s quality as planning.


任职要求：

1.机械工程或轴承专业本科及以上学历；

2.有5年及以上质量工程或供应商质量管理工作经验。

3.有轴承或机加工CNC工作经验者优先；

4.有良好的英文听说读写能力；

5.有过程审核VDA6.3 证书或有TS16949内审员证书者优先。
