工作职责 RESPONSIBILITIES
· 参与新供应商的评价及供应商交货业绩的定期评估
· 新项目的物流规划(供应链物流,内部物流和客户交付物流)
· 进行供应链成本分析，控制物流成本。
· 控制项目采购过程中的风险以及确保成本、时间节点、质量等目标达成。
· 解决项目采购过程中的问题。
· 客户需求管理及生产能力分析。
· 库存水平评估及控制。
· 生产计划及采购计划监控。
· 仓储、运输及进出口管理
· 确保物流过程的职业安全要求得到保证
知识/技能/资历 KNOWLEDGE/SKILL/EXPERIENCE
· 本科以上学历。
· 至少5年以上相关工作经验。
· 熟练操作ERP系统。
· 了解TS16949的基本要求。
· 良好的学习能力、倾听能力及合作精神。
· 良好的理解，分析，实施、协调、管理及指导能力。
· 熟悉Microsoft Office办公软件。
· 良好的中英文口语及书面沟通能力。
· 沟通与谈判技巧。
· 出色的表达能力。
· 相关制造业工作经验。

Duties of Position 工作职责
1. To manage and control distribution, supply and transportation of materials involved in the production processes
2. To establish a forecast of needs in terms of raw materials,components and finished seats
3. To control inventory of stock to be able to plan purchases amd keep taotal inventory controlled
4.Warehouse management
5.Implement logistics method such as pully system, KANBAN etc. method
6.Manage component supplier,transportation supplier to provide good service to operation
7.Overal managenent of all logistics function including supplier logisitcs, customer logisics,transportation,import and export activities and support subordinate to fulfill the layed responsibilities
8.Support Plant GM for BP preparation, and Plant KPI's reach
Qualification Required
Education: B.S. or business degree minimal
Skill: understand purchasing procedure, modern logisitcs system(JIT, KANBAN etc.) and imp&exp.
Language: Good english speaking and written ability must
Experience: at least 5 years similar working experience

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
