职位描述：
生产主管岗位职责：
汇报对象：生产运营经理
1．组织制订、修订所管辖职责范围内的相关规章制度和作业程序标准，经批准后监督执行。
2．组织实施车间生产计划：
（1）根据企业生产计划，组织制订本车间的生产作业计划；
（2）负责按计划组织、安排生产工作，确保生产进度；
（3）合理调配人员和设备，调整生产布局和生产负荷，提高生产效率。
3．生产过程管理：
（1）主持车间例会，全面协调车间工作；
（2）对生产作业过程进行监督、指导，同时进行生产质量控制，保证生产质量；
（3）监督检查车间员工的工作，对违规操作提出警告并指正；
（4）参与产品质量问题的分析，制定并实施纠正和预防措施；
（5）监督检查生产过程中的自检和互检，防止不合格品流入下道工序。
4．生产现场管理：
（1）建立现场管理制度，并指导培训现场管理知识；
（2）推进5S现场管理制度，实现生产车间标准化管理；
（3）按时考核车间员工的5S执行情况，实施奖惩，确保制度得到落实。
5．车间生产安全管理：
（1）负责落实企业各项生产安全制度，开展经常性安全检查；
（2）控制关键要害部位，杜绝安全隐患，防止安全事故的发生；
（3）定期组织安全生产教育培训，指导员工安全作业。
6．车间生产成本控制：
（1）统计分析车间每日的生产情况，寻求改善，提高生产效率；
（2）统计分析车间的成本消耗，制定可操作性成本控制措施。
7．车间员工管理：
（1）组织车间生产员工参加业务培训；
（2）配合人力资源部做好车间员工考勤及工资核算等事宜。
8．其他工作：
（1）负责协调与其他相关部门的关系；
（2）及时与上级领导和其他部门沟通，解决生产过程发生的突发事件；
（3）完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职要求：
1.三年以上汽车行业工厂相关工作经验，熟悉零部件生产流程与计划及产线人员管理，具备建厂经验优先；
2.责任感抗压力强；
3.沟通能力强；

SHANGHAI, China, January 25, 2016 – Magna International Inc. announced today that it is growing its footprint in China, with the establishment of a new seating engineering center in the Xuhui District of Shanghai.

The newly established engineering center will help Magna match the pace of growth in the world’s largest automotive market. The new location, which will include a seating testing lab and prototype shop, will employ approximately 60 people initially, but is expected to increase employment to more than 100 at full capacity.
