Define, together with the supervisors of the other shifts and the UAP manager, QCDP targets for the GAPs (improvement versus actual situation): ppm, pph, number of accidents, improvement ideas…
? 在当班时间监控工作，在该班次下班时报告真实数据
Monitor performance during the shift and report accurate data at the end of the shift
? 为实现结果进行资源管理：根据产量适当配置人员等
Manage resources to reach results: adapt headcount to volume, etc
? 如遇问题，执行QRQC：采取即时围堵政策，通知支持功能部门，建立改正行动计划
React in case of a problem, implement QRQC, take care of immediate containment, call support functions, build corrective action plans
? 有必要时为班长替岗
Replace GAP leader when necessary

Qualifications资质要求 :
? 工程专业，专科以上学历。
engineering with a specialisation in Production
? 制造业至少3年工作经验
At least 5 years of production experience
？ 团队管理技能
Team manage skill
？ 良好的人际交往和沟通技巧
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
？ 良好分析解决问题的能力
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
？ 掌握日常工作英语
Operational level of English

佛吉亚日发（襄阳）汽车座椅有限公司成立于2012年5月，位于襄阳市高新技术产业开发区天籁大道17号日发（NHK)工业园内，工厂占地面积约4760 m2。由佛吉亚和日本发条株式会社共同投资组成，佛吉亚和日发出资比例为51：49，工厂主要客户为东风日产，主要产品为天籁L42L汽车整椅。工厂于2013年2月实现量产，年产能预计为250,000台。
