主要工作Main missions:
？ 现场设备及厂房设施故障问题的解决处理和相关信息反馈
dealing with and correlative information feedback of equipments and facilities
？ 工装，工具，检具的维修Maintenance of tools and inspection tools
？ 按照计划进行二级保养、监督操作工进行一级保养
Execute the maintenance Level 2, and supervise the Level 1 by operator
？ 进行或协助供应商进行设备大修（三级维护）
Work on or assist the contractor to implement maintenance Level 3
？ 遵守维修程序，填写维修记录和备件使用记录等
Follow the maintenance procedure and all attached records
？ 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训
Assist the contractor to install the equipments, to be the trainee for operation and maintenance
？ 协助主管进行设备验收
Assist to complete the acceptation of new equipments
？ 协助编制一、二级维护指导书和设备安全操作指导书
Assist the supervisor to make the instructions for maintenance level 1, level 2 and safety
？ 协助编制设备备件清单
Assist the supervisor to make the equipment list
？ 参与设备能力分析和计算, 提出改进计划并实施
Take part in analysing and calculating the equipment capacity. Raising and implementing the improvement plan.


岗位要求:
1. 机电专业中技以上学历，有电工上岗证，有自动化控制方面的从业经验；
2. 从事维修工作2年以上经验，能够接受倒班；
3. 有较强的执行力和学习能力，沟通能力强；
4. 有外企或合资工厂经验优先考虑。

佛吉亚日发（襄阳）汽车座椅有限公司成立于2012年5月，位于襄阳市高新技术产业开发区天籁大道17号日发（NHK)工业园内，工厂占地面积约4760 m2。由佛吉亚和日本发条株式会社共同投资组成，佛吉亚和日发出资比例为51：49，工厂主要客户为东风日产，主要产品为天籁L42L汽车整椅。工厂于2013年2月实现量产，年产能预计为250,000台。
