工作职责：
? 同质量经理和其它主管共同定义项目质量、成本、发货、人员绩效的指标（针对实际情况进行改善）：
? PPM，PPH，Define, together with the supervisors of the other shifts and the Quality manager, QCDP targets for the GAPs (improvement versus actual situation): ppm, pph, …
? 如遇问题，反应行动：采取即时围堵政策，通知支持功能部门，建立改正行动计划
React in case of a problem: take care of immediate containment, call support functions, build corrective action plans
? 积极参与项目小组活动（周会、项目回顾、管理委员会、失效分析、控制计划、技术回顾等）
Actively participate to the Project Team(s) activities (weekly meeting, reviews before Project,
Management Committee, FMEA, Control plan, technical reviews…)
? 建立详细的质量工作计划，确保计划的跟踪及更新，需要时启动纠正措施
? Establish a detailed schedule in the area of Quality. Ensure that the schedule is followed and updated. Launch corrective actions if necessary.
? 培训操作员工跟从质量目标，验证其与质量工作有关的技能。
? Train operators to follow the quality aim, verify that all skills are combined for quality related work (FMEA for example to ensure quality )
? 确保过程受控，验证过程能力，认可初始样件
? Qualify the process, study process capability, Validate the Initial Samples.
? 提供客户要求的内容，如PPAP Provide what the customer requirement, like PPAP
? 跟踪质量受影响的事项（客户、产品、实验室等），确保客户质量部间的沟通。
? Follow up the affected contributors (Quality follow-up in Clientele, production, and lab). Ensure permanent communication with the Customer Quality Departments.
? 管理并传达ISO/TS16949、HSE、Q7B、3C、S/R标准的变更情况，组织建立并监督体系实施，确保其更新及正确实施
? Manage and deploy the ISO/TS16949、HSE、Q7B、3C、S/R management system specification, organize to create and supervise the systems implementation to meet the requirement
? 组织各部门维护体系文件，确保其符合性和适宜性
? Organize to maintain system document, to ensure it conformity and suitability
? 管理内审和外审，跟踪落实纠正预防措施计划
? Management internal audit and external audit，follow the tracks for corrective and preventive action play and conduct
? 收集整理供应商问题，并向供应商索赔。Collect the supplier issues and chaim。
? 管理计量设备，管理扳手校准
Management the measurement calibration and make the calibration for screw machine
? 管理质量检查员。Management the Quality inspector。

佛吉亚日发（襄阳）汽车座椅有限公司成立于2012年5月，位于襄阳市高新技术产业开发区天籁大道17号日发（NHK)工业园内，工厂占地面积约4760 m2。由佛吉亚和日本发条株式会社共同投资组成，佛吉亚和日发出资比例为51：49，工厂主要客户为东风日产，主要产品为天籁L42L汽车整椅。工厂于2013年2月实现量产，年产能预计为250,000台。
