主要工作Main missions:
按照集团的要求及中国和法国相关的财务及税务规则保证工厂账目及财务信息的准确性。
Guarantee the accuracy of the accounting and financial information for the plant according to the Group, Business Group and Division policies, including compliance with relevant Chinese and IFRS accounting and tax rules
工厂预算的制定与控制
Plant budget set up and control
定义和分析预算，预测和实际结果的不一致性
Identify and analyse the variances between the budget,forecast and actual results
定义原材料的流向并监督其在标准的成本环境下获得最好的利润
Determine and ensure the follow-up on raw materials and monitor the margins on goods sold in a standard costing environment
确保投资资金流向的有效性
Validate the economic justifiation of investments and ensure their follow-up
确保工厂的预算和预测相一致，并按集团的程序及规定时间提供报表
Develop plant budgets and associated forecasts, as well as plant reporting in accordance with Group procedures and deadlines
对公司所做出的决定提出解决方安案及建议支持
Propose and support suggestions when decisions committing the plant are made
参预公司的发展计划并确保获得最大的收益
Participate in the development of action plans and ensure their financial evaluation and follow-up
控制工厂的现金流，尤其是投资现金流，总帐、应收帐、应付帐以及投资
Control the plant's operating cash flow, especially investment cash flow and accounts, receivables, payables and inventories
准备董事会及其他投资双方所需资料
Preare board meeting material and other documents requested by shareholders
确保整个团队的管理
Ensure the management of the dedicated financial team

其它 Others
1. 中级以上会计职称 Intermediate accountant certificate
2. 5年以上制造行业财务工作经验(最好是汽车行业)，财务经理/主管工作经验优先 at least 3 years experiences on manufacturing enterprises and prefer automotive industries, supervisors position is preferred
3. 熟悉会计各个方面的运行功能 Be familiar with all Accountant Operational Functions
4. 熟悉ERP操作最好是SAP的相关经验 Familiar with ERP especial for SAP

佛吉亚日发（襄阳）汽车座椅有限公司成立于2012年5月，位于襄阳市高新技术产业开发区天籁大道17号日发（NHK)工业园内，工厂占地面积约4760 m2。由佛吉亚和日本发条株式会社共同投资组成，佛吉亚和日发出资比例为51：49，工厂主要客户为东风日产，主要产品为天籁L42L汽车整椅。工厂于2013年2月实现量产，年产能预计为250,000台。
