Job Description
1 Proactive maintenance of IT platform both office and infrastructure, specially the industrial IT systems, SW deployment, communication with suppliers.
2 User training, technical and administrative documentation management. IT assets inventory.
3 User request/incidence collection to solve or scale to right department.

Requirement
IT related studies <Computer science, SW engineer...>, Experience as sysadmin/ user support. Skills mandatory: AD Admin, SQL, Database admin, networking, Exchange.
Skills recommended: Technical documentation, .net development.
Languages: ENGLISH is a must <need to be able to read technical documents in a regular base>
1) Technical Skills
a) Mandatory
i) Advanced knowledge of SQL Server 2005 /2008.
ii) Database administration & Database jobs.
iii) Windows Server 2008 / 2003 Server Administration (AD, IIS, SPS… )
iv) Networking (including Wireless Networks and Scanners)
v) Exchange Administration.
vi) VmWare, vSphere knowledge.
b) Recommended
i) Data Replication / Log Shipping / Mirroring
ii) Printer configuration & management
iii) Hardware Maintenance
iv) EDI communication
2) Personal Skills
a) Mandatory
i) Experience in Project Management
ii) Responsible & Team Leadership
iii) Communicative and Collaborative
iv) Advanced English Level (Both comprehension and communication)
