1.Project input Phase 0 review and hand over with commercial team；

2.Planning project by phase with team and get team commitment；

3.Set up project objective in terms of P&L, delivery and quality；

4.Review and input project budget in MUA, and get approval； 

5.Set up project review presentation for management review and follow up；

6.Set up, manage and follow up Project Review Meeting with project team；

7.Reporting project status by Project Report Presentation Bi-weekly to Head of PM and company management；

8.Project Phase Review and Closures following PMS P-06 and record all deliverables；

9.Visit customers for project meetings, events at customer site, and report to Head PM；

10.Maintain and improve customer relationships, managing customer audit/visit events in GA plants；

11.Plan prototype and samples preparation with project cross-functional team；

12.Lead, follow up the sample making and delivery to customer；

13.Lead, follow up with PPE for the tooling and sample tial out and improvement at GA plants as well as supplier sites；

14.Lead, attend and follow up customer build, record/report open issues and report；

15.Manage sub-contractor status with STA, purchasing and PPE,  reporting in Project Review Bi-weekly meeting；

Set up P&L initials, improvement by phases, and update by phase；

16.Manage ECNs during project phase, record in Intranet；

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, Engineering Background 

2. At least Five Years working experience in Automotive industry, Tier-1 supplier experience preferred 

3. Project management (lead and/or   support)experience, plastic parts management experience preferred
