职位描述：
Key responsibilities:
-Collect and post the invoices from the suppliers into SAP. Ensure the bookkeeping is correct and in time.
-Follow up with the purchasing department if there’s any issue with the invoices.
-Handle vendor inquiries on payments status.
-Check the reimbursement application from employees according to the group policy and general principle.
-Reconcile the input-VAT and input the data of purchasing invoices into Golden-Tax system.

Requirements：
- Bachelor degree and above in Finance, Accounting or other related majors
-With strong responsibility and positive working attitude
-Accuracy and attention to details
-Good communication skill
-Good team player
-Have a good command of office software, with SAP system knowledge & experience is preferred 举报 分享
