职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责公司产品/技术规划，参与公司市场战略规划，深入研究市场、竞争对手和客户的发展变化，提高产品竞争力 ；
2、组织制定并监督实施产品开发管理流程、技术标准，建立规范、高效的研发管理体系；
3、负责公司软件产品的立项、计划、开发、评审；
4、负责团队管理和建设，提高软件团队整体业务水平和营造积极向上的工作氛围；
5、独立解决公司重大的技术问题。

任职资格：
1、计算机软件或电子等专业硕士毕业，6年以上开发经验，至少3年以上技术团队管理经验；
2、具备丰富的大中型软件开发项目的总体规划、方案设计经验；
3、精通J2EE系统架构，熟悉Hibernate,Struts2,Spring等框架设计，掌握java,xml,html和JavaScript等相关技术；
4、精通Oracle/SQLServer/Mysql/数据库设计；
5、有海量数据处理经验，有高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和开发经验者优先；
4、熟悉互联网产品整体实现过程，有独立的系统与产品开发能力。 举报 分享
