职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Establish supplier assessment criteria in terms of quality system management and participate supplier process audit per VDA6.3 and qualification process to make sure supplier having appropriate quality management system. Our goal is to achieve “0” PPM for our suppliers in three years.
2. Conduct new project process auditing, annual audit, and summarize audit report to management.
3. Generate incoming inspection instruction of outsourcing parts/products and train inspector to do the inspection.
4. Communicate with suppliers on new outsourcing parts/products quality standard and requirements and train supplier to understand all the requirements.
5. Work with suppliers to get appropriate quality documents for new parts/products, such as PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Flow, Operator Instruction Sheet, FAI etc.
6. Measure supplier quality performance monthly and issue reward letter to well-performed supplier and warning letter to poor-performed one.
7. Issue 8D report to suppliers when quality issue happen and follow up suppliers’ corrective actions.
8. Work with Webasto global RD or PE to interpret customer drawing on quality aspect and make sure supplier understand all the requirements when they quote.

9. Solve production quality issue with ME/QA/Production team.

10. Implement continuous improvement program with suppliers.

Specific Experience Required:

1. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supplier quality management. Certified auditor for TS16949 or VDA 6.3.

2. Experience and knowledge in rubber/plastic molding, big metal stamping and coating manufacturing area in automotive parts/components.
3. Working knowledge of ISO 9001, TS16949 and ISO 14001 practices and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). Capabilities to coach suppliers for above documents.
4. Technical background for problem solving and systematic analysis knowledge is preferred.
5. Working under pressure.

Required Competencies and Characteristics:

1. English and Mandarin Chinese language skills a must, along with excellent communications skills both verbally and written. Speaking Japanese is a plus.
2. College or University degree in engineering.
3. Continuous improvement oriented.
4. Travel time is 25 to 40%: traveling throughout China.
