职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 随时关注时尚和服装市场的动态，掌握最新的时尚资讯
2、针对跨境电商女装销售模式及销售计划进行货品组织、规划，
3、收集、分析同行竞品的热卖款并有针对性的进行仿版改款；
4、分析电商及平台（速卖通,亚马逊ebay）货品销售数据，根据销售分析及品牌调性进行电商特供款产品的开发、设计；
5、熟悉公司现有供应商资源并根据需求开发新的供应商；
任职资格：
1、服装设计、平面设计等相关专业，大专以上学历;
2、具备一年以上女装设计工作经验，熟悉服装开发流程，具备一定服装类工艺技术运用能力;
3、具有时尚创意思维，对服装设计有独到的见解、能把握电商女装流行趋势，眼光敏锐，有独特设计风格;
4、熟悉服装成本构成，服装面，辅料、服装设计工作流程、服装工艺流程和操作规范;
5、熟悉服装制作流程，熟悉面料，辅料属性及搭配，能独立完成设计，跟版，及面料选择，懂生产工艺标准;
6、熟练操作相关设计软件photoshop，coreldraw，illustrator，acrobat等各种设计软件;
7、自信、开朗、思维活跃，有责任心、工作有条理性，原则性强、团队合作意识强。
