岗位职责
1.对试剂研发开发的产品在公司所有检测设备上测试
2.优化检测过程中的反应时间、反应体积及试剂盒中各种溶液的体积，以便多快好省的获得检测结果；
3.参与产品的转产、临床试验和注册。
岗位要求
1.有免疫诊断试剂盒开发或生产经验，熟悉免疫分析的工作原理和检测过程的关键环节。
2.生物、制药或医学检验相关专业本科及以上学历。
3.具有一定独立科研能力，善于学习新技术和新方法。
4.具有良好的英文读写水平，能看懂专业外文资料。
