DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Build and implement a effective supplier quality management system.
2. New suppliers selection auditing, and focus on suppliers' quality system.
3. Monitor material quality issues, guide supplier to take corrective actions and track the effectiveness.
4. Continually work with suppliers to improve performance, implement process control and quality plans
5. Analyze supplier capabilities. Develop and maintain supplier quality metrics
6. Perform supplier Quality Systems audits and provide support for supplier Quality Systems improvements.

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATION
1. At least bachelor degree majoring in Biology/Chemical / Pharm./ Engineering or related;
2. Fluent in Oral and written English;
3. More than 5 work experience in IVD, Medical Device, or Pharmaceutical industry;
4. Familiar to and experienced in ISO13485, ISO9001, GMP implementation and maintenance
5. High degree of personal integrity and communication skill with Customers as well as the internal staff
