职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 配合PA经理完成所负责区域现场的保洁工作。
2. 管理和分配保洁用品和保洁工具。
3. 带领保洁员完成所负责区域的保洁工作。
4. 定期巡检所负责区域保洁情况，及时指出不符合项目并进行整改。
5. 负责对所负责区域保洁人员的技能培训。
6. 保洁员管理，及时了解现场保洁员的思想动态，解决疑难问题。

任职要求：
1. 年龄：25---45岁。
2. 精通保洁场所的工作安排和各种保洁工具的使用方法，业务知识熟悉。
3. 吃苦耐劳，服务意识强，执行力佳。
4. 有酒店或厂房公共区域清洁管理工作经验，或有四星级酒店保洁管理工作经验者优先。
