职位描述
1. New Offer Launch within China Region.
Work closely with Global Launch team, Projectteam, Offer Marketing team and MarCom team, to Define, Structure, Prepare,Deploy and Follow for given key strategic new offer launch, both internally& externally.
a) Define launch strategy (offer positioning 4P,target market, commercial policy, forecast, ramp-up and offer withdrawal etc);
b) Define launch storyline and refine key messageto communicate;
c) Map and formalize launch action plans (when?/towhom?/in which way?/say what?), in cooperation with Offer Marketing and Sales teams,for both internal stakeholders and external GTM;
d) Identify and control launch budget to maximizereturns on current business portfolio;
e) Design and localize launch files & toolsaccordingly (presentations, videos, brochure, training modules, demos, toolsetc);
f) Design and implement internal trainings tocover all internal functions with Offer Marketing team through digital &traditional way;
g) Define and implement external training/promotionplan to cover all channel partners and customers through digital &traditional way;
h) Work with MarCom team to organize external launchevent and other online/offline MarCom activities;
i) Develop a dashboard to follow-up monthly andtrack business performance metrics and action items for the first year ramp up;
j) Review launch, continuously improve anddocument the launch process, and train the related parties on launchmethodology.
2. Marketing Activation for assigned Offer Lines.
Work closely with Offer Marketing/SegmentMarketing team, and MarCom team, to Define, Structure, Prepare, Deploy andFollow for annual marketing activation.
a) Understand the Offer/Segment marketing annualbusiness priorities;
b) Define key message house and map whole yearmarketing activation plan by target audience (Event, Seminar, Training, PR,Ad., Digital Promotion etc);
c) Identify the total budget and set proper KPIfor each activity;
d) Implement the activity in cooperation with relatedteams and vendors, and control the budget;
e) Track and review the result and performance.
- Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields;
- At least 5 years Launch/Marketing/Product/Project or related working experiencein B2B industry;
- Strategic thinking, good organization, coordination, communication and presentationskill;
- Deep dive to the details but not lose the whole picture, a very“pragmatic” approach is needed;
- Good time management skill and be able to well manage high workloadunder time pressure;
- Good English skills both written and oral;
- Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word);
- Willing to travel;
- Knowledge of e-Marketing and digitizing customer communication tools isa Plus.
