职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Support to develop and implement HR strategies, targets and activity plans in line with company strategies
2. Work closely with management team to leverage leadership
3. Build up strong succession platform though efficient recruitment & selection activities, training, C&B, ER, etc.
4. Set up and carry out HR policies implementation
5. Manage employee relationships in compliance with government laws and regulations as well as actively cooperation with HQ
6. Strengthen communication at all level internally and externally

Required
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant subjects
Over 5 years experience in managing human resources activities in multinational companies
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
Understanding or Knowledge on manufacturing process and business or commercial environment
Comprehensive knowledge of PRC labor laws and regulations
Good command of computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Good verbal and written English and Chinese

    埃贝赫排气技术（西安）有限公司成立于2014年，中方合作方是陕西万方汽车零部件有限公司，陕西万方汽车零部件有限公司是陕西汽车集团有限公司的参股子公司,成立于2004年。合资企业埃贝赫占股49%，万方占51%。为陕西汽车集团提供满足国五以及未来排放标准的商用车后处理系统。随着当前中国国五排放标准以及未来高等排放法规的逐步实施，合资双方将充分利用埃贝赫作为国际排放专家丰富的专业技术经验来服务中国市场。合资公司设于陕汽万方汽车公司在西安新建的生产基地，将于2014年开始运行，拟于2014年投产，并于2015年初步实现每年生产10万套柴油发动机及天然气发动机后处理产品。除生产之外，合资公司计划的业务范围还将包括销售、售后服务以及后处理系统集成等。
