职位描述：
Software Quality Assurance Engineer:

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Performs software requirements verification and design validation
- Implement software testing methods to ensure the quality of software products
- Tracks the progress of software development from a requirements and quality management standpoint, identifies quality issues and tracks them to resolution
- Assists in monitoring all aspects of quality assurance processes, and tracks results
- Participates in the software project lifecycle by collecting and evaluating quality assurance data to verify that design activities and outputs meets defined quality standards
- Contributes substantially to process improvement activities, duties could include maintaining and driving process improvements plans for the software engineering organization.
- Key stakeholder to team's goal of successfully completing software design projects and in achieving all designated quality goals

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of QA experience
- Experience with both manual and automated software testing
- Demonstrated knowledge of project management, software engineering and software development life cycle
- Experience with Agile software development process
- Experience working as a quality engineering in a CMMI environment preferred
- Ability to work with teams and take responsible role within the team
- Must demonstrate excellent communication skills and judgment. Primary working environment language is English (U.S.). 举报 分享
