Job Description: Assists in providing technical support for IA based smartphone platform. Responsibilities may include: participating in new product development, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Owns creation and maintenance of data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgement.

Qualifications
¿ Skills/Experience 5 to 10 years of experience in wireless and telecommunication system development or trouble shooting.
¿ Strong capability for software debugging and system tuning on telephony stack in wireless mobile phone product
¿ Strong communication and interpersonal skills required, ability to communicate and interface with the customers, and cross functional teams
¿ Previous customer interface experience as well as WLAN and/or Bluetooth experience would be helpful.
¿ Knowledge in Linux/Android, RF and production is a plus.
¿ Knowledge in phone product life cycle.
¿ Good oral and writing English.
¿ Education Requirements Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
