Responsibilities:
- Take over new automation systems from SHG automation teams including source code, UI manual, qualification condition, etc;
- Debug and repair the self-made systems on production lines with electrical and mechanical engineers in time;
- Train process engineer for system maintenance & trouble shooting;
- Monitor the systems’ performance including UPH and down time ratio, make analysis and keep improving with related teams;
- Upgrade the existing systems based on requirements such as new application, function improvements, system uniformity;
- Develop new systems based on requirements and integrate them with team in time;
- Transfer the systems from oversea or to oversea sites;
Requirements:
- Master or above, major in automation design
- At least 5 years of working experience in automated equipment development
- Familiar with C/C+ , know Labwindows, Labview is a plus
- Optimistic, work smart
- Be fluent on writing, reading and speaking English
- Be familiar with automation technology and have software development skills
