* 文件控制
* QOS文件翻译
* 协调各部门关于每周培训更新
* 管理Intelex系统
* 维护QA部门培训/QOS 1级培训
* 管理及协调各部门关于8D报告
* 跟踪原料及成品有效期报告
* 管理不合格品处置
* 制作COA
* 协助内部审计
* 协助供应商审核
* 协助ISO审核
* 协助客户审计
* Document Control.
* Translate QOS documents.
* Coordinate with all departments about weekly update trainings
* Manage Intelex.
* Maintain QA department trainings/QOS level 1 training.
* Maintain 8D and coordinate all departments with 8D’s
* Track Shelf-life report
* Maintain non-conforming material disposition.
* CoA Creation
* Assist Internal Audit
* Assist Supplier Audit.
* Assist ISO audit
* Assist customer audit

Essential Abilities, Experience, Skills:

* 1到2年品管工作经验
* 大学本科学历
* 英语4级以上，口语书写流利
* 熟练掌握办公软件
* 有ISO9001体系工作经验者优先
* 有独立分析能力，有良好的团队合作精神
* 1-2 year of experience as quality operation experience.
* Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
* Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English. Pass marks on English standardized exam, CET-4 or above.
* Working knowledge of computers and MS Office software.
* Working knowledge of ISO9001system is preferred.
* Ability to Manage multiple priorities in accordance to work lists and line/operation concerns.
Work courteously, respectfully and cooperatively with supervisors and co-workers.
