职位描述：
系统维护工程师将承担FACRI负责研发的CCAR25部商用飞机飞行控制系统维护功能的技术研发工作。系统工程师在所负责的工作包范围内，在首席工程师或子功能主管带领下，通过需求编制、模型开发、以及V&V等工作，达到首席工程师要求的质量水平，满足工程经理布置的进度要求。系统工程师应具备一定的飞控系统、关键飞控部件（舵机、传感器、电子部件例如ACE、FCM、PCM等）理论基础。
This role will be the main contributor of FACRI Flight Control System Maintenance Function technical development work for part-25 commercial aircraft. This position will work in a specific work scope to satisfy the quality level required by lead system engineering and master schedule required by project engineer per Requirement documatation, Modelling, and V&V activities, under lead by lead system engineers or sub-function lead. The role need to have relevant knowledge foundation of Flight Control System and its key component (Actuators, Sensors, and Electronics component such as Actuator Control Eletronics, Flight Control Module, and Power Control Module etc.).

在项目团队中承担所负责功能项的设计、分析和开发工作，与首席系统工程师或子功能主管一同形成所负责功能项的技术方案。
Participate in teams responsible for the execution of design, analysis, and development for specific function items owned by this role. Develop the technical solutions together with or under the guidance by Lead System Engineers or sub-function leads.
编制系统/软件需求，软件模型，确保文件、模型满足工程研发的相关标准和程序。
Designs and writes System Requirement Specifications, SW Requirement Documents, or Models, to ensure proper documentation or Models generated for the assigned tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
基于客户需求或产品规范，编制系统测试程序及脚本用例，并开展桌面及台架测试工作。
Designs and writes test plan & procedure, and Script use cases based on customer requirements and product specifications, and perform the desk-top or bench verification activities.
在首席系统工程师/子功能主管的指导下，按计划完成工程经理分配的工作任务，并达到相应的质量要求。
Complete the work task assigned by Project Engineer on track of the schedule, and meet the relevant quality level under the guidance of Lead System Engineers / Sub-function leads.

岗位基本要求：
? 控制类、软件工程、系统工程相关专业硕士；
MS in Control Technology, SW Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields.
? 熟悉飞控系统的组成原理，理解飞控关键部件的工作原理；
Familiar with FCS and key FCS components' working principle.
?了解DO178B/C、ARP4754等适航指南；
Basic understanding on DO178B/C, ARP4754 certification guidelines.
? 具备一定维护检测的技术基础；
Technical knowledge within Maintenance and Fault Isolation domain.
? 熟练应用Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow等开发工具，具备较强的软件建模和编程（C语言）能力；
Capability in using Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow/SSL, strong ability in SW Modelling and SW (C Program) programing.

岗位优先要求：
? 从事过相关飞行控制系统维护功能的项目；
Experience in FCS maintenance projects.
? 熟悉CC/CQ、DOORs、SCADE等工具软件；
Capability in software tools e.g.CC/CQ、DOORs、SCADE.
? 流利的英语听说读写能力；
Fluent English Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing ability.
? 30岁以下；
Under 30 years old.
