In charge process department management
Improve production efficiency, monitor production cost, train new workers
Set up and maintain the work instruction, process flow chart.
Line balance improve.
Line and work station set up.
Data collect and failure analysis.
Lead the improvement by project.
Operator training and qualify.
Rework process build
Requirement:
Bachelor degree major in mechanical engineering,metal material or Powder Metallurgy is a plus.
More than 5 years production process experience
Process improve experience in mechanical industry
Powder metallurgy industry experience is a plus
MNC experience
Fluent in English
Be good at communication, coordination
Honest, mature, team player
