职位描述
Overall support the frontline sales for investment related business
Achieve non-interest revenue and effort-based AUA growth per branch target per full headcount target
Engage customer activities and improve customer satisfaction by conducting customer seminars and customer communication
Ensure timely sales trainings and proper sales accreditation
Ensure sales process related to investment matter in compliance and no compliance/audit breach findings
Deliver product strategy, market intelligence and market research
Drives customer centric sales and product strategies by meeting both internal and external customers' needs
Collaborating with RMs as required and enhance the cross-sell opportunities
Responsibilities
At least 4-5 years of working experience in sales, advisory of banking.
Acquired investment product experience will be an added advantage.
University graduated degree in Finance/Economics/ Business Administration/Statistics
Strong interpersonal skills and good team player
Able to work under pressure and meet constant deadlines
Detail-orientated and posses strong market acumen
CFA charter is preferred
